Naomi is an engineering and product leader with over a decade of experience spanning software engineering, cybersecurity, and global platform engineering.
She currently serves as Manager, Engineering and Product at T-Mobile, leading a team of software engineers and TPMs building core engineering and AI-enabled developer tooling. With deep roots in software engineering, cybersecurity, internationalization (i18n), and localization (l10n), she is passionate about building systems that ship globally by default.
She holds a Masters degree from the University of Washington, speaks at international engineering conferences, and has served on technical committees. Her earlier years working as a classroom teacher across Asia and with the Peace Corps in West Africa continue to shape her global perspective and people first leadership style. Outside of work, she can usually be found in the mountains with her dog.
