The `crossorigin` and `referrerpolicy` attributes may currently only be specified on the `<layer>` element. I believe they should be allowed for: - `<link>` - `<tile>` - `<image>` (notably this element may be removed: https://github.com/Maps4HTML/MapML/issues/216)
