Scroll buggy terminal

Summary

• Windows 11 Terminal.
  Issue: When scrolling up, for some reason the scroll acts buggy if there's a lot of text and always scrolls to the top.
  This issue does not always happen but the scroll is not consistent nor smooth.

Expected Behavior

When scrolling, everything should be smooth - Going up, going down.

Actual Behavior

When scrolling on a large session, the scroll goes in directions with inconsistent speed or just teleports to the top/bottom.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Just scroll on a big session while the agent is working.
